Accounts Payable Specialist

Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounts Payable field, general knowledge of accounting and understanding of the general ledger accounts and how they relate to invoices.

Essential Job Functions

• Generate accounts payable and other checks
• Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies
• Reconciles, codes, and follows up on credit card statements and receipts
• Maintain and use AP automation software
