Qualifications: 1-3 years of administrative, legal assistant experience in law firm or healthcare environment is preferred; experience is the areas of collections, employment matters or probate preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist with preparation of Probate Court filings and estate claims
- Prepare and manage correspondence and documents related to corporations collection process
- Assist with and coordinate special projects as requested by General Counsel, HR Director, and VP
- Assist HR/Legal departments with correspondence
- Assist with filing of court or administrative agency documents
- Assist outside counsel occasionally with discovery or document requests
