Qualifications: Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse is preferred.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manages key agency statistics and activity reports.
- Responsible for maintenance of office files and medical records.
- Orders and maintains adequate inventory of office equipment and medical supplies.
- Responsible for patient certification and admissions packets.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and agency information.
