Qualifications : State-approved nursing assistant or similar experience, valid driver's license.As a Transporter for a Grace Management Services facility you must be able to perform the following essential functions as demonstrated by the ability to : Essential Job Functions : Transport residents to and from appointments in a manner conducive to resident safety.Assist with loading and unloading residents from the vehicle.Ensure that all proper paperwork has been given prior to leaving facility.Escort residents to appointments if necessary.Demonstrates exceptional customer services and interacts effectively with residents, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.Works collaboratively and supports efforts of team members.Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of transportation vehicles.Perform all duties assigned in an effective and timely manner.Must maintain a valid driver license.Attend in-services and seminars as directed by the administrator of your facility.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at anytime.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
