JOB DESCRIPTION; As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities
- Supervise personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Supervise mobility assistance and transferring
- Document and maintain accurate medical records
Experience
- Previous experience in home community care or related field preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with medical records
- Experience in home care and companionship
NJ Home Health Aide Certification required
