- Must be a Licensed Nurse in good standing within the State of Arkansas
- Minimum one year of successful nursing leadership experience in a long-term care facility or other geriatric healthcare facility is preferred but not required
- Must show ability to read and write in a legible and understandable manner
- Must speak and understand English
- Care & concern for the geriatric population!
- Familiar with Point Click Care and/or Computer Skills
Schedule: What 12 Hour Shifts works best for YOU?
- 7 am - 7 pm
- 7 pm - 7 am
- Every Other Weekend Off

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
- Maintain the flow of the hall in a respectful, professional manner for both the team members and the residents.
- Have complete and accurate charting.
- Must assist with direct patient care.
- Attend all meetings set forth by the Director of Nursing, Administrator and/or Nurse Consultant.
- Demonstrate a professional demeanor with doctors, clinics and other professionals.
