What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prep Cook - Shady Oak position at Spring Creek Restaurants?
Prep Cooks work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to Far Exceed Expectations Daily for our Guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to handle knives
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment
- Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation
- Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer
- Follow prep list
- Label food and ensure proper rotation (FIFO)
- Prepare every food item to recipe
- Properly clean and maintain equipment
- Supply and assist Line Cooks and Pantry in maintaining proper levels
