KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze and forecast trends in enrollment, staffing, and operational performance to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Monitor and report on enrollment trends, identifying risks, opportunities, and key drivers impacting growth and retention.
Provide actionable insights to leadership on staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiencies based on data patterns.
Conduct root cause analysis on anomalies and shifts in enrollment, workforce trends, and financial data.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by refining collection methods and validation processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Enrollment, People Operations, School Leadership, and MarCom to align insights with business goals.
Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to leadership on enrollment trends and operational performance.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting key data to support strategic decision-making across early childhood education operations. This role plays a critical part in tracking enrollment trends, staffing metrics, financial performance, and operational efficiencies to drive informed business decisions. The analyst will develop and maintain dashboards, ensure data integrity, and provide actionable insights that help leadership optimize processes and outcomes.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
Experience analyzing multi-site operations, workforce data, and enrollment/sales trends preferred.
Proven ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, strategic manner.
Experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Enrollment, People Operations, School Leadership, and MarCom teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse (50-75%).
Travel:
Must be able to travel by air, rail or, or motor vehicle to company locations for work-related responsibilities and for required professional development.
