You will be responsible for managing our GBP profiles, developing a content calendar, designing eye-catching graphics, and collaborating with team members on posting. Additionally, you will have opportunities to grow your skills across multiple channels, including web content development and other digital marketing initiatives. You will also track and analyze GBP performance metrics to optimize content and improve results.
Previous experience using Google Business Profile is strongly desired, along with basic knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies. A successful candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality content that boosts brand awareness, engages our audience, and increases lead generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for GBP school profiles, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand and marketing goals.
Collaborate with other marketing team members and school personnel to oversee the creation and execution of GBP posts.
Design and create graphics for GBP posts using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Analyze GBP performance metrics (KPI data), report on performance, and provide insights to improve listings.
Stay up to date with GBP trends, platform changes, and industry best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our GBP program.
Update and maintain GBP with current business information.
Partner with Marketing team members on profile verification process.
Assist the Senior Marketing Manager with writing, editing, and reviewing website copy that tells our brands’ stories and drives conversions while ensuring SEO best practices and readability standards.
Contribute to other digital marketing initiatives as needed.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in Marketing, Content Creation, or a related field.
Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and WordPress platforms.
Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or related design software.
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
