Key Responsibilities
Promote positive development of social and emotional competencies in students.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to curriculum guidelines.
Assess and evaluate student performance and progress regularly.
Collaborate with other faculty and staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
Maintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environment.
Integrate technology into the classroom to enhance learning experiences.

What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in education, Art, or a related field.
Teaching certification in the relevant subject area is preferred.
Prior teaching experience, particularly at the middle school level, is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass both state and federal background checks.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student development.
Salary : $25 - $30
