SUMMARY:
The Enrollment Coordinator (EC) for Independent K-12 (IK12) Schools is accountable for top-funnel recruitment for IK12 school(s) and campus(es). The EC reports to the Lead Enrollment Coordinator (LEC) and drives enrollment growth in collaboration with the entire EC team and campus stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing quality customer service at the time of inquiry, effectively driving quality leads towards campus visits, and successively partnering with campus-based teams to drive successful application rates. As a key member of the Shared Services team, the EC needs a passion for education, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional relationship-building skills. The EC works in close partnership with the entire EC team and our school-based enrollment teams to drive enrollment growth in alignment with our Mission, Vision and Values. The EC is the face of Spring Education Group and our schools creating the first impression with new families and providing insights into what connects each of campuses and what makes each of our campuses unique.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive new student enrollment to meet or exceed established enrollment KPIs
Effectively leverage resources to ensure prompt response to and effective handling of all inquiries
Respond immediately and effectively to in-bound phone, web, marketing, and event inquiries while driving these inquiries to schedule a campus tour/visit
Oversee follow-up touchpoints that result in inquiries driving towards applications by phone and email
Maintain accurate and up-to-date understanding of the enrollment process including tuition and fees, campus offerings and more to most effectively answer parent and campus questions
Ensure that administrative activities are completed in accordance with prescribed SOPs and timelines. These activities include but are not limited to:
initial contact with inquires
outreach to interested families to encourage campus tours/visits
follow up on tour cancellations and no-shows
Manage multiple calendars across many campus locations
Partner closely with campuses on lead-to-enrollment initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, Salesforce
Handle confidential and non-routine information in a sensitive and professional manner
Escalate parent and enrollment concerns to supervisor as needed
Coordinate in collaboration with Marketing and Communications to ensure that all campaigns have expected level of growth at the top of the enrollment funnel
Assist with special projects as requested by the Lead Enrollment Coordinator
Regularly evaluate resources and demand to establish appropriate prioritization of work, allocation of support resources, and effective time management to deliver optimal results
Quickly identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the enrollment process, with support from supervisor as needed, to ensure a positive experience for all inquiries
Demonstrate professional behavior, including discretion, good judgment and integrity
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
At least 3 years in an admissions, enrollment, sales or lead conversion role with KPI accountability
Bachelor’s degree in business, education, or a related field
Proven success in high-ticket conversion activities; education sector experience is a plus
Experience in public relations is a plus
