BASIS Independent Brooklyn Upper is seeking candidates for a Middle School Boys Flag Football Coach!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Engages children in physical fitness activities and develops fundamental skills.
- Develops and implements effective program curriculum and content.
- Plans, organizes and conducts a wide variety of physical education activities for all age groups and genders.
- Establishes, maintains and fosters positive and harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
- Organizes people, supplies, and equipment
- Knowledge of all aspects of various sport programs and the ability to teach / coach student-athletes toward acquisition of those skills.
- Maintains a safe environment for participants.
- Models and fosters cooperation, sportsmanship, and ethical behavior.
- Determines the system of play to be used in a fair and equal way so that all participants have playing time.
- Implements best strategies and methods to carry out a system of play.
- Understands the rules of the sport.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
