Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Montessori educator to join our team at Evergreen Academy, part of the Spring Education Group family of schools. As a Montessori assistant teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a prepared environment that facilitates student-led learning and freedom with responsibility. Your primary focus will be to guide your students in meaningful work, ensuring they develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a nurturing and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic development.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless integration of curriculum and instructional strategies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of a high school diploma. A certificate in early childhood education or an equivalent college degree is highly desirable. Previous Montessori teaching experience is preferred, but not mandatory. You must also comply with all state education and licensing standards and maintain validation of credentials for the position.
