McKinley Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94086 Health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits Employee Referral Bonus Student Tuition Discount About the RoleThe Preschool Mandarin Teacher is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team that will develop andimplement an instruction plan for young students in our Preschool and Pre-K classrooms, emphasizingvocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The hours will be 9am-2pm. You will also Plan, supervise, and implement the Mandarin curriculum Maintain the Mandarin curriculum and materials at your school Collaborate with other faculty and staff members Communicate regularly with parents, school leaders, and other staff as appropriate After School Teacher As a Mandarin Elementary After School Teacher at Stratford School, you will work as part of a team to develop a planof instruction appropriate for the elementary students in our afterschool immersion program. Theemphasis will be on vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing. This person must beprofessionally prepared to teach Mandarin to young children. The hours will be 3pm-6pm with a preparation hour from 2pm-3pm. What We Are Looking For Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood   Education or related field at an accredited college or university A Bachelor’s degree in Early Child Development or related field is preferred Six months or more experience working in a childcare center or program Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English language Must be able to work in the U.S.
