About the Role:
The Summer Camp Counselor at Brighton School is a dynamic position ideal for individuals passionate about child development and seeking to enrich the educational experience of young learners. This role involves orchestrating a variety of camp activities including creative arts, science projects, outdoor sports, and technology exploration, ensuring a memorable and enriching summer for all campers.
Responsibilities:
Lead a group of approximately 15 children in a diverse array of camp activities.
Create a positive, energetic, and structured learning environment.
Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating enthusiasm and a proactive attitude.
Maintain a safe, attractive, and clean environment for all camp activities.
Foster positive interactions and relationships between campers and staff.
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
Certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Advanced Lifesaving, or ability to obtain.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and creating an engaging and positive camp experience.
Salary : $21 - $23
