Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for current and future openings across multiple school sites.
Source candidates using innovative methods, including social media, Boolean searches, networking, and professional events.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills and cultural fit.
Contribute to recruitment efforts on social media platforms.
Utilize and maintain the applicant tracking system.
Participate in internal and external hiring events.
Establish relationships with universities and education associations.
Develop and execute recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication.
Build talent networks and source passive candidates for future needs.
Align talent to business needs through a comprehensive understanding of each school's culture.
Advise hiring managers on recruitment trends and best practices.
Use social and professional networking sites creatively to source candidates.
