- Enhancing the school group's brand through strategic communications.
- Spearheading grassroots marketing initiatives.
- Leveraging various offline media, public relations, and grassroots events.
- Overseeing internal communication systems.
- Developing best practices for communication and lead conversion within our CRM system.
The Vice President of Marketing and Communications will drive new student acquisition and existing student retention/re-enrollment.
This individual will work cross-functionally to deliver a complete marketing program, implement a new CRM tool, and build an internal communications platform.
The Vice President of Marketing and Communications will create a strong and consistent brand presence, while fostering meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Lead the creation and management of internal and external communications across multiple channels.
Drive innovative enrollment strategies that integrate communications, marketing, and grassroots outreach.
Collaborate closely with regional directors and school leaders to ensure communication efforts are aligned with enrollment objectives.
Lead the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics to track the success of communications initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; 8-10 years in a corporate communications or marketing role.
Proven track record of success in leading marketing campaigns and managing large-scale communications programs.
Experience with traditional and digital marketing channels, including media relations, content marketing, social media, and public relations.
Strong background in lead conversion strategies, marketing analytics, and stakeholder communications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Ability to think strategically, make data-informed decisions, and lead through change and ambiguity.
