Job Responsibilities
Responsible for direct oversight of non-clinical (front desk and administrative staff), clinical and day to day operations of the clinic.
Establish confidence, trust and a positive rapport with all of our patients. Case manage a large patient portfolio. Coordinate treatment.
Rooming patients. Obtaining vitals. Performing phlebotomy. Scheduling appointments. Maintaining a clean clinic. Assisting physicians during procedures (Saline sonograms, IUI, etc.).
Follow all assigned checklists and ensure a maintenance ticket is logged for all follow up items. Identify, troubleshoot and repair issues as necessary.
Furnishing patients and healthcare providers with estimates related to upcoming treatment. Collecting estimated liabilities from patients and applying payments.
Collaborate with appropriate members of the HR team to ensure data integrity between HRIS systems and payroll / timekeeping. Conduct audits and maintain compliance.
Conduct semen analysis, including strict morphology and sperm antibody screening. Prepare semen for intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization procedures.
Generate journey maps and calendars based on treatments plans. Facilitate, track and document completion of tests and diagnostic procedures.
Excellent written communication skills including clear, thoughtful and detailed correspondence inside and outside the organization.
