Role Summary
The Inventory and Supply Coordinator plays a vital part in the operations of our clinic. We are looking for a dependable and motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills, organizational skills and a professional attitude to join our team.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Receive and review department supply requisitions and place appropriate orders based on need and available funds
- Worked closely with team members to deliver project requirement, develop solutions and meet deadline
- Medication inventory tracking
- Verify end of the month financial report and send to Finance Director for payment
- Manage Inventory system on Surgicare (medication and supplies)
- Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
- Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
- Managing inventory by stocking and cataloging products for a business
- Performing quality checks on stored inventory
- Obtaining estimates and price details from different vendors to compare costs
- Implementing loss prevention programs

Employment Type
This is a full-time non-exempt onsite position.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $20-26/hr. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
