Join Our Growing Power Sports Team!
Exciting things are happening in our Power Sports department, and we are looking to hire a Sales Representative to help our customers secure financing for their seadoos, motorcycles, ATVs, and more!
NOTE: This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position in downtown Vancouver.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess customer needs and offer tailored financing solutions for Power Sports vehicles.
- Guide customers through the financing process, ensuring a smooth experience for seadoos, motorcycles, ATVs, and other vehicles.
- Collect and verify all necessary documents and information for loan approval.
- Educate customers on available financing options, terms, and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
What You Should Already Have:
- Ability to clearly explain financing options and terms to customers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Motivated to grow within a new and expanding department, with opportunities for career advancement.
- A passion for Power Sports (such as knowledge of seadoos, motorcycles, or ATVs) is a plus but not required!

Compensation:
All new hires start at Level 1, with a clear path to advancement based on performance:
- Level 1: $50,000 base salary bonus.
- Level 2: $60,000 base salary bonus. Base salary increases upon meeting performance metrics.
Projected Yearly Earnings:
- Level 1: $55,500 – $68,000
- Level 2: $65,500 – $78,000
