On any given day at Spring Forest Dental you can expect to encounter the following:
- Arriving 30 minutes prior to the first patient appointment
- Working with a driven group of other compassionately connected team members
- Welcoming patients to the practice on the phone and in person
- Managing the care of patients who depend on us to keep them healthy

- You have 2 years Dental Front Desk experience
- You love working in a team centered environment

- You are able to multitask, and accomplish multiple projects at the same time

- You are able to evaluate and communicate training needs
- You are able to demonstrate as many tasks successfully as possible i.e. answering phones, collecting payments, applying insurance payments, reviewing treatment as needed
- You understand dental recall, dental coding and teeth numbers, familiar with the operation of dental software and the day to day of a dental practice
- You demonstrate a positive attitude, self-motivation, organization and resourcefulness
- You maintain a reputation, through proven action, of being team oriented and willing to assist where/when needed
- You have exceptional communication skills with the ability to demonstrate these skills in both face-to-face and electronic formats including but not limited to phone and email systems with special attention to detail and accuracy.
