We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take over our operational processes. Responsibilities
- Create and send invoices for per-occurrence, weekly, and monthly services.
- Type estimates, bids, and contracts for a high volume of clients.
- Send and receive seasonal contracts for lawn and snow services.
- Schedule site visits and manage project timelines.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable in QuickBooks and Zoho.
- Work with accountant to ensure tax compliance.
- Send payroll information to accountant for payroll processing each week.
- Update insurance information and complete annual insurance audits.
Requirements
- Experience in an operations management role or similar position.
- Experience using QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar billing software.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel.
- Understanding of financial management principles.
- A background in sales or business development is a plus.
- Use of Spanish language is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
