What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Operator / CMS position at Spring Glen Fresh Foods Inc?
Data Entry Operator is responsible to perform assigned inventory and audit functions that includes documenting finished goods production and all material transactions; for following food safety, legality and quality policies and procedures within the scope of the job responsibilities such as: GMPS, food safety, product quality, food security, etc.
1. Perform required CMS and audit functions to assure accurate reporting of: Production operations, miscellaneous transactions, and 10-Key data entry.
2. Capable of learning the following CMS inquiries: Shop Order, Material Status, and Lot Trace/Product Retrieval.
3. Ability to maintain Shop Orders.
4. Maintain files and records, as required, to assure easy access to historic and current inventory information.
5. Assist with monthly and annual physical inventories.
While the duties above generally describe the job content, not all duties are performed continually or regularly (i.e., daily, weekly, etc.). Duties performed are dependent upon the operation being supported.
