Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to assist with the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities and managing invoices and accounts receivable.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative processes.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivables.
- Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks for budgeting and financial tracking.
- Prepare new customer estimates and contracts.
- Coordinate schedule management for staff and meetings to optimize productivity.
- Prepare sales and performance reports for the Operations Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in office management or accounts receivable is preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks, invoicing, and/or account receivable is and other office management software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
