- Manage Confidential Correspondence: Draft, edit, and prepare confidential communications for the President and CEO, including taking and distributing board minutes, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate Meetings and Events: Organize and schedule Board, Management, and Committee meetings, as well as internal and external presentations and events.
- Maintain Project and Budget Documentation: Manage project files and compile spreadsheets for the budget process, ensuring proper documentation and organization.
- Provide Administrative Support: Oversee company cell phone administration, assist with employee relations and PR events, and serve as backup phone support as needed.
Primary Duties but not limited to:
Executive Administrative Assistant – Spring Grove Cemetery
- Manage confidential correspondence and document preparation for the President and CEO, including drafting, editing, and revising letters and communications.
- Provide support in planning and organizing Board Meetings, Management Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
- Prepare and distribute confidential Board meeting minutes, ensuring proper documentation and records.
- Assist the President and CEO with activities related to trade association involvement.
- Maintain and organize project files and documentation for ongoing projects.
- Compile and manage spreadsheets for the budget process.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events, managing calendars efficiently.
- Organize and schedule internal and external presentation programs and meetings.
- Provide support in the planning and coordination of public relations events.
- Assist with Employee Relations events and initiatives.
- Serve as backup phone support for the front desk as needed.
- Participate in various committees as required.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience
- EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent preferred, plus 5 years executive administration experience or Associate Degree
- EXPERIENCE: Strong keyboarding skills required. Must be proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and contact management software.
- Must be a polished professional who has strong writing abilities
- A background in bookkeeping or accounting with financial experience a plus.
- Strong business communication skills are necessary.
- Maintains a positive attitude and able to work with people.
- Must be multi-task oriented and a team player
- Displays a “Customer First” Attitude.
