Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient patient care.
- Manage scheduling for patient appointments and staff shifts to optimize clinic efficiency.
- Provide administrative support including managing patient records, billing processes, and insurance claims.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure compliance with managed care regulations and critical care protocols.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the clinic to maintain operational effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain practice management systems to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Support human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between staff members, patients, and external stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
