Spring Harbor at Green Island is seeking a Clinical Manager for our Skilled Nursing Unit. The right candidate will be a strong clinician, with a passion for seniors and a desire to make a positive difference in their lives.
The primary purpose for this position is to ensure quality clinical care while contributing to our resident’s quality of life. The Clinical Manager facilitates the Care Plans, Assessments, Medication monitoring, and supervision for the care team. They provide outreach and education to staff, families, and the Spring Harbor Community. This manager will ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local Regulations.

Long term Care and/or Assisted Living experience preferred
