The Director of Product Marketing will lead and scale our go-to-market (GTM)-focused product marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a world-class GTM strategy, bringing new innovations to market at scale while refining the messaging and positioning of the Spring Health platform. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep experience in B2B SaaS, high-growth environments, and high-volume product innovation. This individual will work cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, revenue enablement, and the broader marketing team to drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. The Director of Product Marketing will build and optimize a scalable GTM process that ensures alignment across stakeholders and delivers consistent, high-impact product launches.
What You'll Be Doing Strategic Leadership & GTM Execution
- Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market (GTM) framework that supports a high volume of product innovations and launches.
- Partner closely with product management to deeply understand the product roadmap and proactively develop positioning and messaging for new features and offerings.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across product, sales, customer success, and marketing to drive a unified approach to launching and sustaining product success in the market.
- Establish and track key GTM metrics and KPIs, optimizing processes to drive revenue impact, adoption, and market penetration.

What We Expect From You
The target base salary range for this position is $181,200 - $226,500 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
