We are looking for a Research Scientist to join the Health Economics and Outcomes Research team. You will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and implementing data products throughout our organization. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, product managers, social workers, psychologists, and scientists. You will use statistics and visualization tools to turn real-world clinical data into actionable insights for patients, providers, employers, and health plans.

W hat you'll be doing :
- Publish novel, high impact academic research
- Develop and execute study designs for prospective comparative efficacy studies
- Conduct exploratory academic research to develop novel algorithmic approaches for optimizing clinical outcomes
- Conduct comprehensive, program evaluation for tools and trainings implemented throughout our network of psychologists and psychiatrists
- Iterate and improve existing statistical approaches used to develop care plans for individual patients that maximize the likelihood of remission
- Create secure data deliverables across multiple contexts, such as : claims analyses / financial ROI, longitudinal treatment outcomes, provider quality, and risk stratification algorithms.

The target base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,250 , and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Database at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
