Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, collect medical histories, and complete admission records.
- Plan and implement individualized care based on patient needs and assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Monitor and document patient status, making adjustments as needed.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
- Provide support during emergency situations and code blues.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation in both paper and electronic formats.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the patient care environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Previous experience in patient care, particularly in an urgent care or ER/ICU environment, preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and support patients, bend, stoop, and crouch.
- Regular standing, walking, and physical activity.

Work Environment:
