Job Posting: Registered Nurse
Nature and Scope: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The RN will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery, as well as the achievement of desired patient outcomes. The role supports the organization's vision and mission, incorporating knowledge of patients' age and cultural diversity in the care provided. Additionally, the RN contributes to quality nursing care by using performance improvement techniques to demonstrate positive patient care outcomes.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current California RN license.
- Must possess current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS.
Experience:
- Demonstrates the ability to practice nursing as defined by the following statement: "The diagnosis and treatment of human responses to actual or potential health alterations."

Pay: $63.87 - $70.58 per hour
