Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and healthy. This role involves a combination of hands-on work in various tasks, including tree planting, speaking with customers and keeping track of paperwork. The Landscape lead will also supervise other team members to ensure high standards of landscaping.
Duties
- Customer service.
- Driving a truck and trailer.
- Perform proper tree planting tasks.
- Submit dig tickets for utilities on time.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Experience in supervising teams or training new staff members is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
