Spring Hill Realty, Inc. is a real estate management and investment firm offering residential leasing in the Montgomery County suburbs and commercial leasing throughout the Delaware Valley for over thirty-five years.
We are seeking an organized and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the daily operations of assigned properties, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations.
· Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
· Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests, and renovations with the Maintenance Manager, as well as contractors.
· Oversee lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and tenant communications.
· Market available properties, coordinate showings, and manage tenant application processes.
· Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
· Maintain accurate records of property operations, leases, and financials using property management software.
· Stay updated on local real estate laws and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
· 2 years of property management experience, including residential or commercial properties.
· Proficiency in property management software (e.g. Rent Manager) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of lease agreements, tenant laws, and property maintenance practices.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
