Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operation.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
- Develop and implement housekeeping schedules to optimize staffing levels and productivity.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery within the hotel or facility.
- Maintain records of cleaning tasks completed by staff to ensure accountability.
