Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in custodial services and hospitality management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
