Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all floor care is completed to maintain high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
- Change bed linens and towels, replenish supplies, and ensure all amenities are stocked for guest use.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Assist in the cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to uphold health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred, particularly within the hotel or hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is an asset.
