We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast service. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized while providing exceptional guest services. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service, including regular cleaning of surfaces and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast needs.
- Monitor food inventory levels, restocking items as necessary to ensure an adequate supply throughout the breakfast hours.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards in all aspects of food handling and preparation.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist in the breakdown of the breakfast area after service, cleaning up and storing leftover items appropriately.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Excellent phone etiquette for any guest inquiries or reservations.
- Experience as a delivery driver is a plus but not required.
- Proficient knife skills for food preparation tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
