Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Maintain phone etiquette while answering calls promptly and addressing guest needs or concerns.
- Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.
- Assist with multilingual communication when necessary to accommodate diverse guests.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality management by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Proficient in phone systems and basic computer applications related to hospitality management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
