We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their experience is exceptional from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for managing guest relations, addressing inquiries, and providing information about our facilities and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

- Must be available 7-3 and 3-11 shift.
