We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial cleaning, floor care, and housekeeping management, with a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, whether in a hotel setting or other hospitality venues.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment efficiently to maintain operational standards.
• Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and linens.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and staff.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
