Position Overview for Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) : We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to assist our residents in leading fulfilling lives while maintaining their dignity. In this role, you will provide essential support with daily activities, working closely with our Director of Resident Care. Key Responsibilities as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) :
Personal Care : Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Emotional Support : Provide emotional and social support to enhance residents’ quality of life.
Service Plans : Follow individual service plans to ensure tailored care for each resident.
Communication : Inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns promptly.
Safety Compliance : Abide by all health and safety regulations and community standards.
