Position Overview:
As a Driver, you will play a crucial role in our community, ensuring that our residents enjoy smooth and secure transportation to their desired destinations. Join a team that values compassion, safety, and commitment!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate vehicles safely and courteously, following all traffic laws and maintaining a clean environment.
Conduct thorough pre- and post-trip checks to guarantee vehicle safety and reliability.
Supervise residents during loading, unloading, and transit to ensure their safety and comfort.
Manage all routes effectively, keeping residents informed of any changes or delays.
Provide first aid as needed and communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any mechanical issues.

What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED, with a valid driver’s license and First Aid certification.
Minimum of 21 years of age, with a clean driving record (no major accidents or moving violations in the last 3 years).
Prior experience operating multi-passenger vehicles is a plus; a CDL certification is also an advantage.
