Director of Lodging & Rooms - Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts) - responsibilities: • Ensures that every resident receives excellent customer service. • Lodging manager is responsible for the daily operations and oversight of Housekeeping, Front Desk, Laundry, and Transportation. • Answers residents inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. • Promotes services and programs offered by Springs Hill's Livingston • Assist Executive Director in in all aspects of facility management. • Strive to continue to increase occupancy through revenue management opportunities. • Performs other duties as assigned. Director of Lodging & Rooms - Hospitality (Hotels, Resorts) - Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration. Master's Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is preferred. • Prior Hospitality experience in a luxury hotel or resort. • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills.
