Now hiring: Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge to join our team at Spring Hills Livingston as soon as possible.

Spring Hills Livingston, newest addition to our Opulence Collection of luxury, senior resort-style communities with the recent opening of our newly build Spring Hills Livingston. Conveniently located in close proximity to New York City, Spring Hills Livingston is bringing a new dimension to luxury senior living with resort inspired amenities, fine dining options and team members focused on hospitality and customer service.

Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge Essential Functions:

  • Greets residents and provides general assistance to visitors, prospective residents, and families.
  • Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
  • Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge ensures concerns are documented and reported appropriately.
  • Maintains visitor sign in/out book and completes maintenance request work orders.
  • Completes daily opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintains emergency contact information.
  • Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge receives packages, plants, etc. and delivers/holds as requested.
  • Informs supervisor of any resident issues or concerns.

Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge Experience and Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
