Position Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dining Services Captain to lead our dining team in providing high-quality meal service. This role is vital in ensuring our residents enjoy a pleasant and fulfilling dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of dining operations in a hospitality or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities :
Dining Operations : Supervise meal service, ensuring efficiency, high-quality presentation, and adherence to dietary guidelines.
Team Leadership : Guide, train, and support dining staff, fostering teamwork and maintaining high service standards.
Resident Engagement : Build rapport with residents to understand their dining preferences and promptly address concerns.
Event Coordination : Assist in organizing special dining events, celebrations, and themed meals to enhance resident satisfaction.
Health & Safety Compliance : Ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe dining environment in compliance with all health regulations.
Inventory & Supply Management : Assist in monitoring dining supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining organized stock levels.

Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
