Position Overview for Dining Room Server:

Key Responsibilities as a Dining Room Server:
Exceptional Service: Take orders and serve food and drinks to residents in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner according to Spring Hills standards.
Table Preparation: Set up dining tables with clean linen and polished silverware, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Guest Engagement: Accommodate all guest requests, communicate knowledgeably about menu items, and suggest alternatives as needed.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a service-oriented approach, providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
Sanitation and Safety: Work in a clean, sanitary, and organized manner while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
