Position Overview for Certified Home Health Aide :
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Certified Home Health Aides to assist our residents with their daily living activities while ensuring their personal and medical needs are met.

- Personal Care Support : Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, and mobility, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Emotional and Social Support : Provide emotional and social support to residents, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Service Plan Adherence : Follow residents’ service plans to deliver personalized care tailored to their needs.
- Documentation : Accurately document residents' health statuses and any changes, adhering to community standards and regulations.
- Safety and Compliance : Follow all health and safety regulations and community standards to ensure the well-being of residents.

- Must be able to obtain any required food handling and sanitation certifications.
