Position Type: Part-Time
Shift: 7:00pm-7:00am and 7:00am-7:00pm available
Position Summary:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide professional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being through diligent assessment, treatment implementation, and record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and evaluate resident care, initiating necessary actions as needed.
Administer medications accurately and timely while monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
Document all aspects of resident care and comply with regulations.
Collaborate with staff, physicians, and families to provide comprehensive care.
Develop individualized care plans based on resident assessments.
Qualifications:
Valid Ohio L.P.N. License with no restrictions.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
