- Medication Administration: Accurately dispense and document medications according to physician orders and company protocols.
- Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of each resident.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication management and resident care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with nurses and caregivers to monitor residents' health and report any concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident interactions.
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures precise medication administration and meticulous record-keeping.
- Compassionate: Provides respectful, patient-centered care that enhances residents' quality of life.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with healthcare staff to ensure optimal resident support.
- Reliable & Professional: Upholds strong ethics and accountability in all interactions.
- Certification: Valid Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification required.
- Experience: Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
