Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Director of Sales to provide essential support to our Sales Office, manage the move-in process for new residents, and nurture relationships with prospective residents and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping seniors, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities as a Director of Sales :
Manage Follow-Up Campaigns : Create and implement creative follow-up campaigns while maintaining sales organization systems.
Resident Tours : Assist with conducting personalized tours for prospective residents and their families.
Sales Strategies : Utilize One-on-One sales strategies during home visits and follow-ups.
Coordinate Move-Ins : Manage move-in paperwork and facilitate smooth transitions for new residents.
Administrative Support : Handle departmental administrative tasks and assist with the completion of reports.
